It is generally a required criteria for all our staff to live locally and within the areas covered by us. It is not that we discriminate against anybody living outside the areas we service but we feel that we can best guide our customers whether they are a landlord or tenant if we know first hand the benefits of the areas we cover.

As well as local knowledge it is an essential requirement for all at Let-Me to keep abreast of changes in market trends and legislation that may affect you as a valued customer.

All staff keep up to date with industry news and any information that may affect you as a customer.

Sometimes it may not be so obvious if an area is becoming gentrified. It is our job is to see the difference in a booming market and one that is becoming stagnant. We believe that focusing on knowledge and service is far more important and fruitful than concentrating with undivided attention on sales targets. This only drives agents to appear patronising and pompous.
