Our Lettings department is at the forefront of our business and the backbone to our infrastructure. As well as providing an important value added service to our investors, it is also an extremely successful service that we provide to landlords who are looking to just rent out their house or have it managed. We try hard not to be judged by industry standards but to raise ourselves above it.

We understand the need to treat both landlords and tenants with equal importance. Realising the fact that clients are generally apprehensive of estate or letting agents intentions. Our aim is to try and change any negative preconceived notions that the client may have of our industry and not become overzealous agents who let our promises fall short of consumer expectation.

We are constantly aware of comparisons made between us and your standard high street estate and letting agents. Some of our business especially our in-house lettings department does compete on a similar level to other companies dealing with lettings and property management. We must stress that one of the main reasons why we set up an in house lettings department was to service our investor client base as we found dealing externally with other letting companies frustrating and were unable to offer our clients the same Let-Me commitment throughout their property investment process.
