Step 1: Register with us. Simply come down to our office to express your interest, contact us by telephone on 08000 14 16 15 or on our simple online registration service.

Step 2: Upon registration we will endeavour to advise you and assess what you are looking for in a property. We can then begin searching for a property that we think will best meet your criteria.

Step 3: Our professional agents will accompany you on viewings at a time suitable for you, answering any queries you might have about the property/area.

Step 4: Once you are absolutely satisfied with a property, we will begin a series of negotiations with the landlord on your behalf, keeping you constantly updated on developments, and broker a deal that suits all parties.

Step 5: Once the deal has been made we will send out applications to your specified referees, the results of which will be sent to the landlord for their approval

Step 6: Initial rent and deposit balances must be received prior to the tenancy and the signing of documents. These will be arranged as agreed by the deal between the tenant and the landlord.

Step 7. A Tenancy agreement will be drawn up, detailing what agreements between the tenant and the landlord, and what is required of each party. These will then be signed by both parties and copies will be distributed.

Step 8: Moving into your new home. Usually an inventory will occur prior to or at the commencement of the tenancy detailing the condition of the interior and exterior of the property
