What To Do In Case Of A Problem
Landlords
If you are the owner of a property that we manage on your behalf then you have 3 options:
- Call us on or and report the problem to one of our Property Management team
- Log on to the ‘Members Login’ area and contact us via there
- Email us on propertymanagement@let-me.com
Tenants
If you are a tenant in one of our managed properties then you have 3 options:
- Call us on or and report the problem to one of our Property Management team
- Log on to the ‘Members Login’ area and contact us via there
- Email us on propertymanagement@let-me.com
However, if you are a tenant in a property that is not managed by Let-Me then you will need to contact your landlord directly.
General Information
If there is a problem that you need us to deal with then please have all the relevant information available when you phone or email.
For example:
- If you have a problem with your boiler, what make and model number is it? Is it a Combi boiler or a hot water cylinder tank? Where is it situated?
- If your heating has stopped working, is the hot water still working?
- If you have a leak, how bad is it? Is it a slight drip or a burst pipe?
- If your washing machine or other kitchen appliance has broken, what is the colour, make and model number?
Please bear in mind that in order to resolve a problem we must first be made aware of all the facts pertaining to it, in order that we can assess the matter and arrange the correct contractor to visit the property to resolve that problem, without leaving a landlord open to unnecessary call out fees.
