There is nothing worse than moving into a property to find a mouldy fridge, a blocked sink or heating that doesn’t work. We arrange for all our managed properties to be cleaned when the tenants leave before the new tenants move in. A property should always be returned in the same condition as when you moved in. We advise all our landlords to present the property in a professionally cleaned condition as they can then expect it to be professionally cleaned at the cost of the leaving tenant before the next tenancy begins subject to fair wear and tear. We use a few different cleaning companies as well as our own cleaning services to ensure competitive prices and availability.

Any level of clean is available sometimes just one carpet in one room needs cleaning due to a spillage etc. Sometimes the property needs a standard clean between tenancies and sometimes a full intensive clean is required. All levels of cleaning are available including external window cleaning and gardening.
