Our largest growing market sector is that of investments.  Landlords not only buy properties but they also sell.  At any given time we always have a portfolio of commercially viable properties ready to buy and many of them are already tenanted offering ready made maximum returns. 

Our most exciting prospect is that of new build projects.  We broker the land, organize planning permission, coordinate design and build and on many occasions have properties sold off spec – invariably as ‘buy to let’ deals that we ourselves set up.

Once you have your portfolio up and running (even if it’s the first of many) you need have very little to do with it except watch your capital investment grow.  We will collect your rent, manage the property, pay you and provide regular statement of accounts.  We operate with professional transparency and what we do for you is determined by the parameters you set for us.
