Sourcing Buy To Let
Potentially, every house on the market today is a ‘buy to let’ property and every property that has tenants in it was arranged on a ‘buy to let’ mortgage. Even a cursory glance at a dubious proposition with the emotion, fear and sentiment removed will show it up for the white elephant that it truly is.

You may wish to invest in property instead of loading up your pension scheme. Pensions have performed very badly in the last few years and property investment is now one of the best forms of tax efficient capital growth.

In the event that you achieve a portfolio of multiple units it is our experience that a single rash, ill considered and badly managed investment will cause a financial shift that can place undue pressure on your other positively performing properties.
